Humster3D Product License

LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between you (individual or entity or hereinafter the Buyer) and Humster3D Studio. By extracting the content, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

The Buyer MAY:

• modify original contents for his purposes;
• use the materials in any personal projects or commercial projects as long as the original content is protected from extraction and none of the items above have been violated;
• make a single backup copy of this content for archival purposes only;
• terminate this license at any time by destroying all copies of the content, but this does not entitle to a refund.

The Buyer may NOT:

• redistribute the original content and the modifications of the original content, in whole or in part;
• store it any place on a network or on the Internet where it may be referenced by a third party;
• process unauthorized rental, lease, assignment or transfer of any copy of the content.

The original item will always remain the property of Humster3D Studio.

Buyer retains this license, even if Humster3D Studio stops selling these materials at a later date, or decides to charge a different price.

Humster3D Studio may only revoke this license, if it is shown that a Buyer has previously violated the terms and conditions above.

Your only form of compensation under this License Agreement shall be repair or replacement and shall never exceed the actual amount received from you by Humster3D Studio for the product. Humster3D Studio is not liable for any direct, incidental, collateral, exemplary, consequential or special damages or losses that may result from the use or installation of Humster3D products.

If any of these conditions of agreement are breached, such breach shall constitute an unlawful use of the content, and you shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Items sold by Humster3D may not be used for illegal purposes.
