1. Why should I buy from your site?
   We offer high quality content only and at least price as we are the developers of 3D models presented on the site. We also provide excellent support for our customers.
2. Do you provide Money Back Guarantee?
   Yes, we do. If a purchased 3D model has some error in the renders or description and we cannot correct errors or help with it. For more information please see Help & Support.
3. How do I pay for an item?
   We accept all standard website methods of payments. Please use a shopping cart for purchases. If you have questions please contact us.
4. How soon can I receive the model I've bought?
   You will receive a letter with an exclusive link to this product on payment receipt. If for whatever reason you do not receive your product, please allow a 12 hour grace period before contacting Humster3D.
   *Note we do not provide any physical models. Humster3D delivers computer files only.
5. I purchased a 3D model, but it doesn't appear in my Orders. What should I do?
   In this case reach us through the contact form immediately or e-mail us info@humster3d.com and will help you right away.
6. I need the model in a different format, what should I do?
   Please reach us through the contact form or e-mail us info@humster3d.com and we will convert a model to any requested popular format free of charge. We are able convert to these formats: 3Ds Max ( *.max, all versions ), Maya Binary ( *.mb, all versions ), Maya ACSII ( *.ma ), Cinema 4D ( *.c4d, all versions ), Lightwave 3D ( *.lwo, all versions ), Audtodesk FBX ( *.fbx ), Wavefront OBJ ( *.obj ), 3D Studio ( *.3ds ), Autodesk Drawing ( *.dxf, *.dwg ), Rhinoceros 3D ( *.3dm ), Google Sketchup ( *.skp ), Stereolithography ( *.stl ), and others.
   
   We are not able to convert models to solid formats (like Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor, IGES format etc).
7. I need a custom model created.
   Please fill in the Custom 3D Order form.
8. I have a problem with downloading a model.
   In this context immediately reach us through the contact form or e-mail us info@humster3d.com and we will help you right away.
9. Which 3D formats do you supply?
   On a usual basis our models are in formats as follows: 3DS(multiformat), Max 2008, Max 2008 Vray, OBJ (multiformat), FBX(multiformat), LightWave 6.0, Maya 8.5, Cinema 4D.
10. Do you offer discounts (bonuses)?
    We do provide discounts for those who buy few of our 3D models at a time. Discounts are available automatically and don't need to be applied for. You receive a letter notifying you have got bonuses at payment receipt.

11. Can I edit colors of 3D models?
    You are able to change colors by adding/modifying materials and textures to your models. To order the chosen 3D model in other color please contact us and we will answer you back with more details as soon as possible.
12. Can I edit the original 3D car models?
    You are free to change the initial look of a 3D model as you think best. You can edit anything you want from adding new elements to removing standard parts. If you experience difficulties with separating standard parts we will make it for you for free. For more information please contact us to assist you with any of your needs.
13. Do you offer free 3D models?
    Currently humster3D does not offer free 3D models, but we offer you 3D models at lowest prices possible. We go on imporving, widening our vision and opening our boundaries and most propably we will be able to offer you free 3D models in future. It will appear on the main page to inform you about this possibility. Do not forget to check our Day Offer. Here you will find all collection of 3D models.
14. Do I get an invoice for my purchase?
    We do provide invoices on request. You can get it in your personal area .
15. In case the purchased 3D model file is lost or corrupted do I have a chance to download it one more time or I have to buy it?
    When you loose the bought 3D model file or it's corrupted you can easily download the 3D model again. You get a 50-times guaranteed download and you do not have to pay extra money. If you experience problems with subsequent downloads please contact us.
